I think I'll need to revisit Prague under different weather conditions. visiting in July with temperatures near 40 C and 100 F under a blazing sun somehow didn't recreate the Kafkaesque sensations I was expecting. It's a very beautiful city but for my personal tastes it was a bit too pretty and picturesque--so much so that it seemed less real than if there had been more run-down buildings.
